Unoccupied Property Owners Insurance
Suitable for both residential and commercial properties, our Property Owners facilities allow us to write unoccupied properties which have been vacant for up to 24 months. We are able to continue cover at the time the property becomes occupied or issue a pro-rata refund if it is sold.

Property Owners Insurance – Claims Information

At MG Insurance we work with an elite panel of Insurers, and unlike other intermediaries, we have direct access to our designated loss adjusters; where necessary we will appoint them directly on notification of a new claim.
